    Hello,

Do you know any good websites that provide resources that are suitable for elementary education? For example, if a teacher wants to search out information about sports, after searching, the website will return data that can be exported into excel or can be converted to TAB or COMMA delimited files for importing into spreadsheet programs.

The purpose is for teacher to find out collection of data and make reports out of it.

    Thanks for a reply.

I honestly have no clue what you want past the searching for sports bit. I literally have dozens of sites for elementary teachers, but I don't know if its really what you are looking for. They are more like ideas, lesson plans, classroom management tips, etc.

Most web sites won't allow you to do stuff like that, as they have safety features in place to stop anyone downloading their entire site, and those sites that do offer exportable files are invariably pay sites where membership is needed.

Just about the only teaching resources you can get for free these days, as The Mrs. mentioned, are lesson plans and ideas, etc. Though these can be a bit basic.
My staff and I find the best resource from the Internet is Clip-art for making flash-cards. These files are free and can be exported to any number of programmes.

    Hope this helps.
