Sorry to be blunt and to the point but get up earlier, tell your parents/guardian and ask if you can go to school ahead of him or earlier as he is making you late. I'm sure if your parents are aware of this problem they would be concerned too.
    Good luck.

The best way is when you came home, you should do your homework, then do your schoolbag, and then meet with your friends and chat with them. Then don't go to bed very late, and put on a chair the clothes that you will wear next day. In the morning, get up early and get a fast shower, and then have breakfast and go to school. Go alone to school and go watching what is the time. I do this every day and I have good marks and I be early at school.

leave by yourself. if he is younger and he needs escorting to school tell yur parent that you cant afford to be late anymore and they will have to take him themselves. If he is escrting you to school, then talk to your parents about having some more independance and making your own way there, same goes if your parents drop both of you off.

Get up an extra half of hour earlier, but get ready in the same amount of time, and walk to school. That's what I would do, but only if you live around a half of mile away. Otherwise consider looking for the bus schedule, or carpooling with a friend.

break into school and turn all the clocks backwards by about 2 hours. then you'll have an extra two hours to get to school, innit

An old Indian trick. Drink a lot of water, your bladder will tell you to get up nice and early.

Expalin the situation to your parents and ask if they could have a word with your brother as it is unfair on you. I am sure that you can all come to an amicable solution.

Leave him behind and tell the teachers. I had a child in my class had the same problem with her older cousin, so I sent for him and went through him lie a dose of salts. Worked fab'.
